When Steven and Lillian first contacted us about photographing their wedding - a destination venue wasn't the original plan. Once they informed us that they were moving their wedding from an upscale Ohio venue to a small cabin just outside of the Red River Gorge in Kentucky, I couldn't have been more excited. I've always dreamed of photographing a small, destination wedding and this one definitely did not disappoint. The heat of their early afternoon celebration was balanced out with the beauty of the mountainous views that set the backdrop of the ceremony and the intimacy of the small group gathered to witness the two exchange vows. Shortly after the ceremony, we boarded the Skylift to the Natural Land Bridge and spent time capturing portraits of the two in their first few minutes as a newly married couple. At the conclusion of our afternoon adventure, we ventured back to the reception held at the couple's own little piece of southern paradise where they shared their first dance!
Steven & Lillian - we wish you the best in every adventure life sends your way, thank you for
allowing us to be apart of this most precious day. Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs Brown!
